Pastors are both beneficiaries and implementers — PA invests in developing servant, visionary, knowledgeable, godly and united leadership in their communities. Proverbs 29:18; Hosea 4:6; Nehemiah 2:17
Guiding people in the Judeo-Christian faith and practice gives them a foundation for true and eternal transformation. We teach the whole gospel to transform the whole person and impact the whole community, equipping pastors to lead devotional discipleship and numerical church growth.
Rural African communities are endowed with great resources but often lack a path to use them well. PA empowers communities through pastor leader groups to see, develop and sustainably use the resources around them — an asset-based development model rather than a handouts approach.
Major transformational milestones unfold over a generation. We support the mentoring of children and teenagers — equipping pastors to develop programs at home, church, school and community so the next generation grows up with values, beliefs and life skills for holistic living.
We live our values as responsible citizens contributing to solving community problems. Churches build programs that impact the community outside the four walls of the church — cohesion through sports & theatre, emergency response, accountability, schools, clinics, clean water and roads.

Everything that seems impossible in our human ability is made possible by God. Applying the whole Gospel to the whole person for the transformation of communities means that Christ is the driver and PA has taken up the mission to facilitate the journey.
